Štěpán Pastula - Congo

As a volunteer, Stepan Pastula worked as a supervisor of logistic department in Congo for over four months. He will be coming to share his experiences, stories and pictures at this unique destination.

The DR Congo is the third largest country in Africa. For the past sixteen years this country has been dealing with the consequences of the bloodiest conflict since the World War II. People in Need established its permanent mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo in January 2009. Projects focus on improving access to safe drinking water, quality healthcare, education and support for victims of sexual violence. Take a look at their life.
